The Founder’s Vision
After personally navigating the complexities of his own timeshare exit, Ronald Williams launched ClearPath Exit to help others avoid the same costly missteps and frustrations. The company is built on a foundation of transparency, ethical service, and client empowerment. Its goal is not to fight resort companies with litigation but to equip consumers with practical tools to reach mutually agreeable resolutions on their own terms.
Once Ronald figured out how to negotiate a settlement directly with his timeshare company, he received a Quit- Claim Deed officially releasing him from all contractual obligations.The entire process, once a settlement offer is provided, is approximately eight months. However, aside from the settlement amount required, the account is likely to be put on hold (as it was in his case) and no maintenance fees were due or requested pending the results of the buyback process.
